However, if it doesn't work out, please refer to our return policy below on how to send it back to us for an exchange or web/store credit. Two Cumberland Gift Cards are issued via email for all returns. We do not offer refunds for any merchandise.

ALL sales are FINAL on the following items:
- Any items marked down from the original price
- Items on sale or discounted
- Items purchased with a coupon code
- Gift Cards
- All jewelry, bathing suits, bodysuits, bras, sunglasses, hats and other accessories
Returns available within 14 days:
- You may receive web/store credit or exchange for items mailed back to us within 14 days of the delivery date that is provided by UPS. Returns must be postmarked by the 14th day from the delivery day. The 14th day timeframe includes holidays and weekends.
- Exchanges may only be made through the mail. Items may be returned for web or store credit only.
- Web/store credits will be issued via email or mailed directly to you
- If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or a different item, please email us at email@example.com and let us know what you would like to exchange.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping costs to send the item back and shipping cost for the exchange to be shipped or the item(s) purchased with store credit shipped.
All Returns Must:
- Include receipt and tags must be attached
- Be unworn and free from odor such as smoke
- Not be damaged or stained with makeup, deodorant or perfume.
- Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original box that is shipped inside a protective box. We will not issue exchange or store credit for shoes in damaged shoe boxes. If shoes are returned in a damaged shoe box, we will ship them back to you with additional shipping charges.
- We have the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the above requirements.
All damages must be reported by email within 24 hours of delivery date and must include an image of the damage. Report damages to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line "Damage."
Where can you make returns?
Items may be returned by mail to our warehouse, or in person to one of our stores.

- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit back to our location. We suggest shipping with USPS and asking for a tracking number on returned items.
- If your order does not meet all of the above requirements for an exchange or store credit, we will ship the item back to you with additional shipping costs.

Once an order has been processed, we will not be able to make any changes or cancel the order.
